These shoes are great for running. I use them on the treadmill and some everyday use. They fit a little, like 1/12" on the big side but they are still stable and supportive. The lightweight is great for running.

Recommend to anyone who needs comfortable shoes with great arch support. Not a heavy weight shoe but very good support. My feet aren’t tired anymore. I have 9 colors now in my closet! Love them
